Within days of Shaaban Holy Month and under God’s grace and by management of Mr. Sabahi (Eng.), the first exported cargo of SABA Tire Cord MFG. Complex was transshipped toward destination of India. According to a report by Eng. Sanaan, commercial assistant of SABA Tire Cord Complex, this cargo which included cord fabric types of tire skeleton was valued over 140’000USD. And it is hoped that through the concluded agreements, we would witness the exports quantity over than 400’000 USD value in future.
SABA Tire Cord MFG. Complex is located on 15 Km of Zanjan- Tehran Highway and as the biggest manufacturer of tire cord fabric it supplies more than 85% of requirements for domestic market. Previously, this company exported its products to Turkey and Iraq. It is worthy to note that the given exported cargo was transmitted for consumption of Apollo Tire (Indian) Company which is one of the leading tire manufacturers in tire- manufacturing world. This international company posses a special position and status in the world so that this tire making company manufactures over 800’000 tons of products annually, while the mentioned quantity constitutes 2 times greater than all annual production of domestic tire manufacturers. So it is hoped that the interactions between SABA Tire Cord Complex and this international company is growingly increased in the near future.
At end, it should be implied that within the framework of exports achievement and promotion of the name of Islamic republic of Iran among world markets, this company currently negotiates with several firms in Egypt, Germany and Turkey, so the given products will be exported to those countries after conclusion of the required accords as soon as possible.
